At CountryMoos, we want you to love your rustic style, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unwashed and unworn apparel into the original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still securely attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
